Our wedding day was so beautiful and I have the Blossom Heath Inn to thank for that. To summarize, I am so happy we chose the Blossom Heath Inn for our big day. (Trying to book a summer wedding 7 months in advance) I'm almost certain they see my number on the caller ID and ignore me.įor weeks I have been leaving them multiple phone calls a day, voicemails with my phone number (they either don't listen to them or don't care), several emails, and the last one I finally stated I was dissatisfied with the customer service and asked for a Sunday quote. It breaks my heart that they cut ties with me because I can't afford a Saturday. I was never mean or impatient with them, I was always happy and excited to work with them. That is until I informed them I could not afford their 150 guest minimum Saturday weddings. At the beginning they were great, I visited the venue twice because I was very serious about booking with them. I really wanted to have my wedding here, but the people who work there are IMPOSSIBLE to connect with. What a loss to the many couples who hoped to experience the magic of Kosch Catering and Blossom Heath Inn. ![]() Sadly, I learned today that due to the pandemic they have lost their lease and will no longer be operating by the end of the year. ![]() I have been raving about them ever since and referring other engaged couples I know. If I could I’d give them 100 stars ⭐️ I would. We never lacked for anything and Holly was attentive to everything going on and our needs. The support staff (servers, bartenders, etc) were courteous and very professional considering we still were technically in a pandemic. So many compliments received on everything from the location of their vow renewal (park in front of building), to the fantastic ballroom and unique dance floor draped in lights, to the delicious alcoholic beverages and scrumptiously prepared food which was MORE than ample. 2nd best day EVER after their actual wedding day. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.įast forward to June 12,2021. Many other amenities were included or adjusted to accommodate the the problems the pandemic had wrought upon the celebration. Pricing was grandfathered in at the price we booked. Holly graciously rebooked the date for 2021. While my daughter and son in law finally decided to go ahead with their marriage they did postpone their party. After almost a year of planning a fairytale garden themed wedding the pandemic hit and their plans were put in hold. Following a revisit with the engaged couple we booked June 12,2020. ![]() I knew she wanted something romantically beautiful and historical which put Blossom Heath on high the list for a revisit. 2019 and per her now husband’s request I started scouting reception locations.
